Comfort foods featuring #sandersonfarms chicken!

As the temperatures drop, I am on the lookout for comforting foods that are tasty and will  keep my belly full and warm. Something about the brisk mornings and evenings of fall make me turn to food for comfort. Over the last few months I've been working with Sanderson Farms to share chicken recipes. This month I decided that it'd be a great idea to review the recipes of my fellow bloggers in this campaign and share the ones I'm looking forward to trying.

First up, chicken noodle crockpot soup from Enza’s kitchen. Chicken noodle soup is the ultimate comfort food! And if you can believe it, I haven't had a bowl since I was a child. I am looking forward to enjoy this delicious and easy to make meal.

Next up is Coq au vin by Robyn.  This is another meal that I have never had. It is more labor intensive than the slow cooker method but certainly seems like a dish I can fully enjoy on a cool blustery day.

I'd be remiss if I didn't include Demetra’s Pumpkin Chicken Alfredo. Pasta, pumpkin, and cheese.....yes please! I absolutely LOVE Demetra’s recipes and I know this one is going to be in rotation during the fall and winter when I want to indulge!

Finally, I have to tell you my absolute favorite comfort food is chicken pot pie and if you want to try one, check out the recipe on the Sanderson Farms website, it is sure to be a crowd pleaser! I hope that you enjoy these recipes as much as I know I will!
