Easy Fundraising for Georgia Schools! #TrueBlueSchools

This is a sponsored post.

School has been in session for a few months now here in Georgia and if your child's school is like my son's school fundraising season has already begun! You may recall that I recently mentioned the True Blue Schools program operated by Georgia Natural Gas but I just wanted to remind you about this great program today. If you are a Georgia Natural Gas customer you have the option to join the True Blue Schools program. When you join $5.00 is donated monthly to the school that you designate. You don't have to have a child at the school so this the perfect opportunity to recruit family and friends to join and rack in the dollars for your child's school.

If your child's school is not yet part of the program, you can request that the school become a beneficiary. This is the option that I chose and am anxiously awaiting the acceptance of my son's school so that I can begin my "free" monthly donation. You see, this program is free for all who join, no additional funds are charged to your account!

This is a win win situation! With True Blue Schools you can have $60.00 donated annually to your school and when adding friends and family to the mix, you can really make a tremendous monetary difference. One of the best parts of the program in my opinion is that the funds raised can be used however the school decides. Need more books for the library? Need to supplement technology? More equipment for the science room? Or even want to supplement field trips? Your school can do it!

Since 2008, True Blue Schools has helped 1,000 schools across Georgia earn close to $2 million! Schools have earned $5,000 in a matter of months, $10,000 in a year and $40,000 over the lifetime of the program!

This one is really a no-brainer! It only takes 60 seconds to sign up. Get that money! And check out my last post about True Blue Schools to be entered to win a great prize from Georgia Natural Gas!
