I have a confession. Once a week I frequent McDonalds. My son loves Happy Meals (in reality I think he just really likes the toys) and we make a weekly stop to indulge him. Depending on the day I may also choose something from the McDonald's menu. Generally I stick to the under 400 calorie side and one of my favorites just happens to be the Fruit n' Yogurt Parfait. It is made up of low fat vanilla yogurt topped with granola and strawberries and blueberries. It tastes absolutely delicious and it is under 400 calories so just perfect for days when I need breakfast on the run. But this isn't just available for breakfast you can get it at any time of the day. So if you are looking for something that is a little sweet, tasty and nutritious you should try the Fruit n' Yogurt Parfait!
