Favorites under 400 calories at McDonald's #ad

Although I don’t often frequent McDonald’s when I do i try to be mindful about what I am eating. Generally I am a fit and active person who watches what I eat but admittedly there are times when I will do a quick drive thru at McDonald’s for breakfast and sometimes dinner. I mostly choose wisely and making my decision about what to eat has become even easier since McDonald’s introduced the “Favorites under 400” – a new menu platform featuring existing popular food and beverage choices. This is just one of many ways in which McDonald’s offers key nutrition information to help customers make informed choices. The company started providing nutrition information more than 35 years ago and that commitment has continued to grow.
I can tell you from personal experience that for me, seeing the number of calories in the items I am ordering helps me make better decisions. Instead of large fries and a drink, I may opt for a small order. I certainly don’t want to use up all of my food calories for any one day with one visit to McDonald’s!
I know that many people may not even pay attention to the nutritional information found at McDonald’s, however since popular items like oatmeal, smoothies, fillet of fish and egg white delight are on the list, it is fairly easy to choose wisely.
Please be on the lookout for the “Favorites Under 400” you may be pleasantly surprised!
