Farmer's Market Grocery Haul video post

Believe it or not, eating healthy does NOT mean eating expensive! You can visit your local farmer's market for locally grown food that is fresh and inexpensive. I am lucky enough to live in Atlanta and the Dekalb Farmer's Market here not only carries local produce but food from around the world! I recently visited to pick up some items like almond flour for a reasonable price - that would cost $8.00 or more at my regular grocery store. Take a look at my video and see what I was able to purchase with $49.50!

Smart thinking! Going local, fresh and healthy eating--Good luck on your Marathon!
I completely agree! I wrote a similar blog to this regarding buying local. http://bit.ly/Ps8nCv
Going to the Farmer's Market can also be a great activity to do with your kids so they can pick out the food, try some of it, and eat more fruits/veggies.

I need to make a trip to the Farmer's Market soon. We haven't been in a while.
