Vitamix

As most of you are aware,  I've been on a journey to healthy living that I started the week of Thanksgiving last year. I am about 2.5 months shy of being on this journey for a year and my life has completely evolved. I've gone from having an BMI categorized as obese into the normal range. I'm training for a half-marathon, I've raised over $4000 while training and my diet has totally changed.

After finishing my Clean detox, I've decided to live wheat, gluten, diary and soy free. I've had to adjust my diet appropriately and I talk about the changes with everyone. I drink almond or coconut milk, make bread, and have received numerous suggestions. The best one I've had in a long time was from my friend Dana J, she just purchased a Vitamix and loves it. She told me that she makes her own almond milk and that it is excellent for her morning smoothies. Having never heard of the brand I had to check it out.

This machine can help me with my bread making, my nut butter, my smoothies! And there is an entire community that LOVES Vitamix. The company is currently collecting stories about how you've been inspired by this 90 year old company. You can click on the banner below to enter and if your story is one of the top 50 you will win your own Vitamix! I will be recieving one from the company in exchange for telling you about this contest and I will be sure to make my own video and do a review so that you can hear about my experience with the machine.

You mentioned you make your own bread? Is it a gluten-free bread? If so and you've posted the recipe can you point me in the right direction to find it? Thanks!
