Tuesday Confessional - my weight is up

I've gained a couple of pounds. I was on a roll for awhile, maintaining my weight without exercising but alas, all good things come to an end. I was extremely active last week so I suppose things could be worse. I will knock off these pounds this week and be ready for my newest goal - fitting in my polka dot bikini! Check out the video to see it.

I am still training for the Nike Women's Half-Marathon. I am at 68% of my goal, I still have a way to go so if you haven't contributed please consider doing so today. Any amount helps! I thank you and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society thanks you. I am so happy that I am finally able to train for my half-marathon. I'm taking it slow but I feel good!

Maybe tomorrow the excess poundage won't be that bad. We will see and I must admit, I have no regrets about all of my indulgences last week. Totally worth it!

Only a couple pounds up after a week in NYC is commendable :) You look amazing, BTW. I love the dress you are wearing and that bikini is super cute. You will rock it in S. Beach!

I'm with ya, girl. Shoot. Free food 24 hours on a 5 day cruise? BAD IDEA. I'm getting on the Wii ASAP. See you soon!!!

Hi you know as well as anyone who has to work to keep the wieght off that it is a day to day ordeal. I know you will reach all of your goals. I also gained some wieght back. I spent 4 months in CA. caring for my brother in hospice. It was very trying and stressful. No real time to make proper food. So home now and my first week back at WW and I lost 6.2 pounds. Last week another 1.2 so I have 3 pounds left to get rid of. Hang in there I know you can do it.
Skinny hugs

It would have been impossible to not indulge with all of that good food around. I had a problem with being so busy I didn't eat regular meals. I was snacking all the time.
