Meditation

When I lived in South Africa I studied transcendental mediation and learned the intricacies and the importance of visiting the quiet space within. Sometimes I am consistent with my practice but most times I flounder. I am not committed. I veer off-track. I am in the midst of internal chaos and recognize my need to reflect and regroup. Perhaps I will contemplation the beauty in nature or simply retreat to the recesses of my mind. No matter how I decide to meditate - walking a maze, sitting alone, focusing on a flower it must and will be done.

Now is a time for meditation. I seek clarity and light. God within will guide me.

A Love Supreme.
