Finger licking good!

This photo is from last night when Mekhi decided to have the pasta wars. As you can see he is covered from head to the tips of his fingers with sauce. He decided to abandon his fork for the tasty goodness of his fingers. I think he planned this mess so that he could spend some extra time in the bathtub. Smart little boy. The plan worked. And Mommy is happy because I think this is the perfect entry for the Prego Fun with Food Photo Contest being held at 5 Minutes for Mom. Mekhi is clearly having fun eating and playing with his food!

Awww, look at him =). Food is always better when you can lick it off your arm, lol. I have a similar picture of Miss J in her high hair... well, when she ate in a high chair =(
Got any leftovers?! MMM! Good luck!

I can't keep my eyes of that sippy cup! I used to get all tickled and giddy over a pair of Ferragamos... now it's all about the sippy cups. sigh.

No, I didn't know that you were married in Laas Vegas. What chapel did you have your wedding at?

Wouldn't it be fun to eat like that as an adult? I mean, why must be always be so proper?! I might grab a bib and try it. ;)

Love the "messy food" pictures! They are the BEST! My girls LOVE pasta too and they ALWAYS make a mess, but it's so much fun watching them (not so much fun cleaning up afterward!). Hope your adorable little boy wins the contest!

And yes, YOU MUST get your little guy a WowWee. He'll love it :-)

Love the shot, Renee...I have a few, similar shots of my "delightfully messy" babies in high chairs in my photo albums.
Just wanted to invite you again to participate in NO-HO, my guest series on zany life, celebrating Nov. holidays.
It's taken off! Only a few holidays left, but some good ones. Love to have you join us.
Love,
Jlo

I love your new bloggy look! Sorry for being away for so long - I'm back now! Oh, and as for the photo, my girl has an obsession with utensils, so we don't see that type of mess very often!

Those are the days when you want to just take the kid and the high chair out into the back yard and hose them both off before you set them free in the house.

Ha, ha! I have a similar photo of my son after eating a can of Alphaghetti. That stuff stains, man!!! Renee, your blog is looking so sophisticated and tailored. Did you build it yourself or do you get help?? Keep it up! Looks amazing!

You gotta love it! When it comes to spaghetti, I still strip down my 2 year old because she will go straight from the table to the tub!
