The Secret is in The Sauce
I have to say that there are few things that have remained consistent for me since I began blogging but the two I can think of are my posting(everyday up until this weekend) and my visits to The Secret Is In The Sauce, lovingly referred to as SITS. SITS is a comment support blog - bloggers love comments and SITS gals (and some guys) comment whenever they see this:
SITS also features a member on a daily basis. All SITS girls go and give comment love to the honoree. In addition each week saucy blogs are highlighted on the sidebar and we are encouraged to check out those blogs and comment too. I cannot tell you the number of blogs that I have been introduced to by SITS - there are too many to count but I do want to tell you about a few that I have kept in my blogroll.
The first is Fractured Toy, I believe that Mannequin was a saucy blog when I first started visiting. Somehow she and I just clicked and I believe that we bloggy best friends. We visit with each other EVERYDAY. With both comments and emails and many times I leave her a virtual gift or two because I am thoughtful like that.
The next blog is Simply Stork she was featured on SITS and once I visited I knew I needed to return. What strikes me about this blog are the beautiful photos and simple storytelling. She has music on her blog and despite the fact that generally I don't like autoplay blogs the music goes so nicely with the pictures I can't imagine the blog without it.
From Stage Dives to Station Wagons keeps me in stitches. Her blog writting is so funny and enjoyable I find myself frequently returning for more.
Maternal Mirth, the name says it all. I guess I am a sucker for laughter and her blog serves up hearty laughs daily.
And finally Ali's Home of the Lazy Dog is a place that I always enjoy visiting. I enjoy her poetry posts and even her NASCAR posts. She is teaching me alot in her small piece of the blogosphere.
I cannot end this post without recognizing the brains behind SITS, Heather and Tiffany are bloggers that I enjoy and they came up with this unique concept that has helped increase my blog readership. Thank you SITS for everything! And I know my day as a featured blog is coming. I am ready for it.
