Ten minutes of exercise can make a difference! #just10
Did you know that in just ten minutes a day you can have a healthier life? When people think of health and wellness, oftentimes it comes with the expectation that drastic changes must be made. On the contrary, by taking small baby steps, you can change your life. A research study was conducted by the Biomedical Research Laboratory in Louisiana with people who exercised for 10 minutes a day versus those who exercised 30-60 minutes. After 6 months, the health benefits of the two groups were nearly the same - improved cardio health and overall fitness level (Oprah.com). Our bodies respond to consistent exercise and 10 minutes is enough!
Here are my ten suggestions for exercise in 10 minutes?

- Do a High Intensity Workout (HITT)
- Jump rope
- Calisthetics
