#McCafe Pumpkin Spice Latte @McDonaldsATL #ad
Fall is in the air! And you know what that means, more hours of darkness, chilly temperatures and of course the holidays. For me it also means baking and cooking because I love to make holiday favorites like sweet potato and pumpkin pie. The cool weather just brings a need for the “comfort” food that we’ve all come to love. However eating sweet confections consistently over the colder months will bring a Spring with a lot of extra pounds for me! Since that is NOT a viable option, I am happy to have an occasional small indulgence and McDonalds’ pumpkin spice latte is just the thing to hit the spot!
McDonalds McCafe pumpkin spice latte is made from 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified espress and creamy steamed milk comibined with aromatic warm spices and flavors of pumpkin pie. These drinks are made to order and you have the option to choose from whole or non-fat milk. Like pumpkin pie, the McCafe pumpkin spice latte is also a treat, it ranges in calories from 200 - 430 depending on the size and milk option. However, unlike pie, I know I won’t be tempted to go back for 2nds, 3rds and even 4ths like I would if a pie was in my refrigerator! LOL!
The prices for the McCafe pumpkin spice latte may range depending on location but a small is generally available for $2.39. So for a sweet indulgence, I say try the new Pumpkin Spice Latte, it will warm you up on these cool Fall days and bring a smile to your face with the flavors of pumpkin pie!
