When I think of the holidays, family and food immediately come to mind. I love to bake and the aroma of pies, cookies and cakes fills my kitchen during the holiday season. This year I am watching my weight but I will still be preparing goodies for my family and I will be putting a spin on my sweet potato pie that will make it a guiltless pleasure.
