I have fibromyalgia, so working out is sometimes difficult but I know keeping up a routine will eventually help my pain and fatigue, so I'm trying to stick with it! (I've given up more times than I care to admit in the past!) haha Thanks for being such a motivator!Kat @ For the Love of Chaoshttp://SenileMOMentia.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7368904647802764772.post-4557166935546292722010-05-12T07:29:29.850-04:002010-05-12T07:29:29.850-04:00Kudos to you for being such an inspiration! I have an infection in my foot so I'm not working out this week, and it's killing me. I'm not interested in being so sedentary.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7368904647802764772.post-82160818136668869372010-05-11T20:09:30.351-04:002010-05-11T20:09:30.351-04:00It is so true that exercise lifts more than just y...It is so true that exercise lifts more than just your gluteus maximus! :o) When I don't exercise I can sense it by way of a major mood shift. I get more accomplished around the house, my brain just feels more organized. It's amazing what just walking can do for your body. Little to no effort of just walking a few minutes a day can do wonders for the waistline. I love it. I'm 5 lbs. away from my goal weight and then it's just a matter of tightening everything up. Congrats on your progress and may your 25 minutes go well.

My best, LynnAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7368904647802764772.post-36392535619209735962010-05-11T20:04:29.420-04:002010-05-11T20:04:29.420-04:00So amazing and so inspirational. I completely agree - although my exercise choices are nontraditional (walking everywhere vs. going to a gym or working out at home), I find that getting some daily activity is something that has become part of my routine.Victoriahttp://twitter.com/happysquidnoreply@blogger.com
